You can submit your claim by email to Scan the fully completed claim form and the original invoices. Report all available and necessary information related to the occurred damage. Below you will find an overview on what to do for each incident of damage.

Before you submit a claim

You'll find that completing your claim form is quicker if you have these details at hand before you start:
  • Your insurance policy information
  • Information about the incident, such as the date, where the damage occurred, etc.
  • Details about the loss or damage you are claiming for
  • Information about any other people or property involved

When registering a claim, please try to provide as much of this information as possible so that we can process the claim quickly and efficiently. In certain circumstances we may require additional information.


In the event of death or permanent disability, Aon must be informed as quickly as possible about the accident or death. All other damage events must be reported within 5 days.
