Submitting a claim

Personal Insurance claims

You can submit your claim by email to claimsworldwide@aon.com. Scan the fully completed claim form and the original invoices. Report all available and necessary information related to the occurred damage. Below you will find an overview on what to do for each incident of damage.

When registering a claim, please try to provide as much of this information as possible so that we can process the claim quickly and efficiently. In certain circumstances we may require additional information.

In the event of death or permanent disability, Aon must be informed as quickly as possible about the accident or death. All other damage events must be reported within 5 days.

Medical costs for insured with a Aon Global Health Complete (AGHC) policy

You will have the opportunity to submit claims per e-mail through your personal Internet page with Allianz. Additionally, you can submit your claims by fax, e-mail or through the post.
Please use the Allianz AGHC Claim Forms specifically intended for this purpose. Completed Claim Forms are processed within 48 hours after receipt.

The emergency assistance telephone number for everyone outside of the USA, is:

People within the USA must refer to the Instruction USA (AGHC) under product and service information.

For planned hospital admissions, please contact us in advance on +31 10 448 8255. You will need to complete and submit a Treatment Guarantee Form prior to receiving your in-patient treatment. Please note that some out-patient benefits may also be subject to Treatment Guarantee - these will be indicated in your Table of Benefits. Upon receipt of a fully completed Treatment Guarantee Form, Allianz Worldwide Care will, where possible, try to arrange the direct settlement of your medical expenses with your medical provider.

Medical costs for insured with an IAK Basic Healthcare Insurance and AGHS Top up Plan

Medical costs outside the Netherlands can be claimed on the AGHS Top up Plan with Allianz Worldwide Care. You will have the opportunity to submit claims per e-mail through your personal Internet page with Allianz. Additionally, you can submit your claims by e-mail, post or the Allianz app. Please use the Allianz AGHC Claim Forms specifically intended for this purpose. Completed Claim Forms are processed within 48 hours after receipt.

For planned hospital admissions outside the Netherlands excluding the USA, please contact us in advance on +353 1 630 1301. You will need to complete and submit a Treatment Guarantee Form prior to receiving your in-patient treatment. Please note that some out-patient benefits may also be subject to Treatment Guarantee - these will be indicated in your Table of Benefits. Upon receipt of a fully completed Treatment Guarantee Form, Allianz Worldwide Care will, where possible, try to arrange the direct settlement of your medical expenses with your medical provider.
